Shipping Policy
SHIPPING GENERAL INFORMATION
Shipping is calculated using a flat rate with shipping to UK destinations and European destinations charged at a rate where parcels are under 2kg in weight.

WHAT IS CUSTOMS DUTY?
Goods can't move freely between countries. When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there is a charge called Customs Duty that must apply. This is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into.

If Customs Duty is payable to your territory, you will be responsible for paying it to the relevant authorities. Whether Customs Duty is payable, and by how much, depends on a lot of different variables. For example, many countries have a 'low value threshold' below which they do not charge any Customs Duty.

If you do have to pay Customs Duty though, the amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported.
AND IF I DON'T PAY THE CUSTOMS DUTY?

If, for whatever reason, you refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, a refund will be issued for the garment amount only. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more info before placing your order!

Return & Exchange Policy
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt and in 'as new' condition (re-saleable, unworn, unsoiled condition) for a refund or like-for-like exchange (availability dependent due to limited edition nature of some of the products).

1.2 Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from www.ascendapparelandfitness.co.uk or in person from one of our events or pop up shops

1.3 If on receipt of your product, you are uncertain about your purchase please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided whether or not you wish to keep it. All returns should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed, unworn and scent neutral.

1.4 When returning items to Ascend Apparel and Fitness, please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.

1.5 Gifted products can only be refunded to the original purchaser or a credit note can be provided to the gift recipient.

1.6 The cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer, please ensure enough postage is included for the item(s) to reach their destination. Ascend Apparel and Fitness are not responsible for and are not liable for, any items lost in transit. All carrier choice is at your own risk, we can not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by independent carriers.
2. EXCHANGES

2.1 If you would like to make an exchange on your purchase please follow the steps in the section ‘How to make a return’. Exchanges can be made on a like-for-like basis, this means a different size or colour of the same product. If you would like a different product, please use the same process to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
3. FAULTY GOODS

3.1 Ascend Apparel and Fitness are committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of the products it produces, unfortunately, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty.
3.2 Returned faulty items that have been worn should be laundered before return, receipt of unwashed faulty garments may result in your product being returned to sender and rendered an invalid request.
